Environmental Weekly Checks

All lighting throughout the house in full working order. Bulbs etc must be replaced if needed.
All plug sockets and electrical appliances are safe, (no cracks/ lose wire etc..)
All cables on electrical equipment are safe, (no tears or wearing of cables)
All rebates are working on the doors.
All fire exits must be clear of obstruction, and all signs must be up above the doors.
No loose carpets throughout the house, and any tears or rips should be covered and reported immediately
Garden and front (Note any hazards and areas i.e. lawn mowed)
All rooms throughout the house checked for any flies and crawling insects and or rodents.
