Living Care 16+ Service
Kokio Healthcare offers young people aged 16+ individually tailored care and support to help smoothen the road into independent living.
From Transition services for those leaving either residential or foster care to integration packages for unaccompanied asylum seeking children, we're here to help.
Our services enable our young people to begin to take the steps towards independent living, with the security of planned, consistent and comprehensive support from our dedicated support teams. Kokio Healthcare works closely with a number of other professional services and experts in order to offer the best possible service to our young people.
Accommodation
We take great care to only offer housing that is of the highest quality as we believe environment matters. Our houses consist of one bed, two bed and three bed placements and are located all around the West Midlands.
Each placement is designed to create a homely environment that will allow all our young people safety and privacy
Our Support
Our staff team is made up of well trained and highly competent support workers who take pride in their work and offer a wealth of experience to best support our young people.
The team has a range of expertise offering experienced support for young people including:
